Are you interested in singing with the Canadian Men's Chorus?

We're looking for singers who appreciate new and challenging choral music.  We are a group of talented and engaged musicians who love to perform for an an excited and dedicated audience

Then welcome to the Canadian Men's Chorus – Toronto's foremost ensemble for tenor/bass voices under the direction of Greg Rainville.

We are accepting applications to audition for our exciting upcoming season. ​

 

We are looking for tenor/bass voices who have the desire to explore a wide variety of musical genres as a part of a dynamic ensemble. Good sight-reading and rhythm skills, knowledge of basic music terminology and previous ensemble experience is an asset. Singers must have the willingness and ability to commit to a schedule of rehearsals and performances.

Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 10:00 PM at Lawrence Park Community Church at 2180 Bayview Avenue, North York. Additional rehearsals are held preceding each performance.

​

New members are required to pay a $20 music fee which will be refunded once the performance music has been returned in good order. Each singer is required to provide their own performance clothing as decided upon at the time.

 

CMC singers are also encouraged to support the growth of the CMC by promoting concerts and by making contributions to assist in fundraising initiatives.
